As an MBA-grad, I celebrated the day I joined Media industry way back in 2001. It’s been over 15 years since then, and what a ride it is. During this time, I have worked in a variety of roles, benefiting from diverse exposure and challenging assignments. This has enabled me to develop a well-rounded perspective across the media and marketing.
I joined the Mindshare – Unilever team in 2006 – it was another era then. We worried about TV & Print inflation, Unilever stiff benchmark, and new activation ideas, digital was just getting started. How things have changed! There is a dramatic transformation in the media landscape and the journey has been super exciting.
