Sariego is a small, quiet village in central Asturias known for its cheese, cafes, and salty well called Pozu Salau. It has few shops but contains 5 cafes, a restaurant, a school, computer center, culture house, 3 churches including Santiago, San Roman, and San Pedrin, and a football stadium for the local team U.D. Sarieg. The author's favorite place is the interesting salty well Pozu Salau, and the Rio Nora river runs through Sariego.

The typical river is el Nora, crossing Sariego. .the rio Nora is born in Sariego The Pozu Salau is the important well in Sariego its water is salty Sariego has got 5 cafés and 1 restaurant, supermarkets, a school, a computer centre, a culture house and 3 churches.
It has got a football stadium. The football team is U.D. Sarieg, .it’s a good team. My favourite place of sariego is el Pozu Salau. It’s very interesting. The churches: San Román, Santiago y San Pedrín. Santiago San Román
