I’m passionate about minimalist and functional design.
I graduated in Ergonomics by the Human Kinetics Faculty in Lisbon and specialized in usability and accessibility. With over 16 years of experience in this area, I’ve worked in multiple contexts and also with multiple devices such as web (apps and websites), native mobile apps, TV apps, B2C, B2B (enterprise solutions), etc.
Currently, I'm leading an amazing team of talented product designers on the CCaaS (Contact Center as a Service) unit at Talkdesk where we strive to design the best user experience for the agents and all other personas involved in a cloud contact center environment.
