The Nursing Service Office of V.L. MAKABALI MEMORIAL HOSPITAL is committed to develop quality health care continuing education. The hospital is registered to conduct IV therapy training programs in accordance with the standards of the Association of Nursing Service Administrators of the Philippines with certificate of registration number 138 valid until 2015. The hospital is conducting Basic Life Support with certification in CPR PROFESSIONAL and STANDARD FIRST AID training in line with the standards of the American Safety and Health Institute.
