A senior persuasive communication Lecturer from Communication School, University of Science, Malaysia (USM), she holds a Doctorate Degree from Graduate School of Business, University of Malaya, Malaysia enquiring on the antecedents of social media adoption from consumer perspective focusing on technology media adoption and usage patterns. She obtained her Bachelor of Arts (Hons) in Mass Communication majoring in Advertising from University Technology MARA, Malaysia and Master of Arts in Advertising from RMIT University, Melbourne, Australia. She worked as an advertising and public relations practitioner for five years before she ventured into the academic field.
