Jaana Puukka is an international expert in innovation, higher education and knowledge-based development. Positions ranging from OECD higher education policy analyst to ministerial and local government adviser, programme manager and evaluator. She draws on over 15 years’ experience in strategic and operational roles that have bridged academia, industry and government. Before establishing her niche strategy consultancy, she worked in the OECD operating as a project manager and policy analyst for nearly eight years of her career. Before joining the OECD she worked in management and expert position in Finnish higher education.
