Over the past 25 years, Mateffy and Company, has provided organizational development, communication and workforce engagement solutions for clients across the country. In the process we studied the distinct differences between high performing organizations and their less successful peers. We found a direct correlation between the strength of an organization's employee engagement level and the strength of their growth and effectiveness. We also learned that most organizations had a workplace culture that led to average or below average levels of employee engagement.
