Agnostic: one who believes that it is impossible to know whether there is/are god(s).
Atheist: one without faith; one who does not hold belief in a god or gods.
If you think really hard - by definition, there is no disagreement here. By definition, agnostics are just restating a rule of faith, and some atheists are atheists exactly because they are agnostic.
