Education

James is passionate about scientific excellence in Genomics. He has a successful track record in genomics, particularly NGS, cancer genomics and ctDNA analysis. He is excited by the translation of basic science for patients and/or commercial application. I manage the Genomics Core facility at the CRUK Cambridge Institute, which involves managing a large NGS collaboration based around shared Illumina instruments across 11 Institutions. The lab is heavily based on Illumina NGS and high-throughput genomics technologies including 10X Genomics, Fluidigm, Agilent and Life Technologies.
