Originally from Ohio, U.S.A., I begin my career in hotels in 1986 as a Front Desk Agent with Prince Hotels in Japan. Throughout the next 20 years, I had an opportunity to work in many interesting places including Japan, Okinawa, Guam, the Philippines, Taiwan, Serbia & Montenegro, Indonesia and most recently here in Shanghai, China.
