I lead the development and strategy for Pan Macmillan's web platforms and APIs. I work across the full breadth of the company, acting as the advocate for technology and digital transformation in a period of constant change for the industry.
Working on both consumer facing and b2b web platforms I oversee a portfolio of websites including The Gruffalo, Picador and Pan Macmillan.
I procure or oversee the development of internal digital marketing tools including email marketing, CMS's, dashboards, competitive intelligence and analytics software.
