About
James Shoemaker's career as a business analyst began just before the term 'business analyst' existed. His projects have spanned numerous industries including finance, insurance, real estate services, supply chain management, retail, manufacturing, and transportation logistics.
Since the beginning of his career, he has used his expertise to facilitate requirements workshops to help create software and business process improvements. He is a member of the International Institute of Business Analysts.
When he's not gathering requirements or creating use cases or other UML diagrams, he spends his time cultivating his photography skills throughout the great states of Wyoming, Colorado, Utah
