I am a busy coach's wife, mother of 2 amazing and active college young men, and a 4th grade science and social studies teacher at an intermediate school. I also help time strapped moms get budget friendly meals on the table where they meet with their family and debrief about the day, talk about their plans and destress with the ones they love most. In addition, I enjoy time with my Cavalier King Charles Spaniels: Tex, Sophie, Ranger and Rose! I am blessed!
