About
As the minority health coordinator for the Bureau of Community and Environmental Health, Idaho Dept of Health and Welfare I serve as cultural liaison and cultural competency guide. I have extensive experience in developing health education programs for populations experiencing health disparities with particular expertise in commercial tobacco use prevention and control, and breast and cervical cancer early detection.
I serve as the Tribal liaison for Public Health programs, including cancer, diabetes, sexual violence, heart disease/stroke, emergency preparedness, HIV and adolescent pregnancy prevention.
