My company specializes in complete REO service, residential & commercial sales, short sales, investments, and foreclosure auction properties.  I have 25 years of real estate experience which includes 15 years of REO experience.  I had 25 years of real estate agent training experience from the Mike Ferry Organization.  I had the #1 Team in Orange County for the year 2004, 2005, 2006 and 2007 while I was a broker associate at C-21, Sunny Hills.  In 2008, I was ranked #4 top agents for Southern CA.
