I am a Lecturer in HRM and Organizational Behaviour at Bradford University School of Management, University of Bradford, UK. My research interests encompass processes of organizing; categories of social relations and constructions of difference (particularly disability and gender); women’s intra-gender relations and experiences of friendship at work; career studies with a focus upon boundaryless careers; and media representations of women. I have co-edited a book ‘Deaf students in higher education.
