My friends and my students call me PONTA. I was an editor and a plannning saleseman for 11years in 2 publishing companies. After I retired I started my new career as a career consultant.(I suppose I was a second one in Japan) Now I am studying and using Solution Foucus. So I started to introduce myself as a carrer solutionist since 2010.(I suppose I am the first one in the world.)
