Over the past 10 years I have undertaken numerous activities to improve my professional development, such as Certificate in Education, Assessor, Internal Verification, quality assurance and numerous professional short courses. Together with these I've been continually graded one (outstanding) in lesson observations since 2009, two of which were directly from Ofsted, the most recent of which was in June 2014.
