I completed my Bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from the College of Engineering, Trivandrum and joined IIT Madras to pursue post – graduate studies in 2006. I completed my PhD from the Dept. of Electrical Engineering, IIT Madras in 2011.
Following a brief stint at the Centre for Industrial Consultancy and Sponsored Research (IC&SR) at IIT Madras, where I worked on various socially relevant projects such as renewable energy from ocean waves collaborating with the National Institute of Ocean Technology (NIOT) and development of mobile cataract surgery units in collaboration with Sankara Nethralya, I joined the Healthcare Technology Innovation Centre in 2012.
