Jay is a serial tech entrepreneur, a coder, and a soccer player.
He is currently founder and CEO of Ruby development shop PROUDCLOUD, co-founder and CTO of HealthTech startup MEDIFI, and the Founder of LAUNCHGARAGE, an innovation hub based in Manila.
In 2002, he founded Wi-Fi hotspot network Airborne Access, which was acquired by PLDT in 2008.
