In operations, I have managed small (45 employees), medium (90 employees) and large (200+ employees) locations. Some of the locations were 24/7.
In Human Resources, I have managed training (operational, management & professional development, sales and call center), Safety, HRIS, Compensation and Benefits in the Latin America and Caribbean region.
