I take enjoying wine seriously. I'm a Sommelier and Wine educator with a desire to turn the industry on its head, get rid of our pre-established idea of what it means to be knowledgeable about wine and help people truly enjoy this wonderful creation. I have succeeded by taking the path less travelled and innovating to achieve my goals in the extremely short timeline which I have provided myself. While it hasn't always been easy, it has forced me to get creative and use research and ideas from both inside and outside the wine field to make it all possible.
