I have seven years of experience working at TIM Celular S/A (Brazil), at network quality and performance sector, at Amazon Region. First I have worked with ANATEL (SMP3, SMP5, SMP7 and SMP12) indicators and after that with analysis of KPI from 2G (GSM/GPRS/EDGE) and 3G (UMTS) networks. I worked with Drive Test / Walk Test analysis beyond Benchmarking analysis also in both network (2G and 3G). I also was responsible by managing Drive Test and Benchmarking team.
