Well-versed in the field of training, I have also been exposed to other facets of Human Resources Management such as Recruitment and Employee Relations. In addition, I recently expanded into HR Systems and have undertaken automating human resource processes.
I am a certified facilitator of the Lego Serious Play method. LSP can be used for Self-Identity Sessions, Team DNA Seminars, and other OrgDev interventions. LSP can also be used for interviews in better assessing potential candidates for employment.
