I'm an online fitness trainer, a drummer, an insurance agent and a family man!
I've been drumming since 1981, doing P90X and other Beachbody workout programs since 2007, and have been an insurance agent since 2000.
My wife, Kina, and I have helped lots of folks lose weight and get in the best shape of their lives - including Kaitlyn Smith who's lost over 200lbs in one year and Richard Neal that lost 242 in 18 mos and won the 2012 Beachbody Challenge Grand Prize $100,000! Because of that success we’ve been the subjects of an upcoming Beachbody Documentary featuring, us, Kaitlyn, Richard, the Mayor of Portland TN along with the Fit Club that Kina & I started with 6 other people in 2
