I've been working with software development for the last 15 years, initially as a freelancer making on demand software, later, as a development team leader. Meanwhile, I took my masters in Software Engineering. Nowadays, I focus on agile managements principles and practices, and work as project manager at Virtus (UFCG). Also, I'm a professor at FACISA and lead software projects in my own company, Solinov.
