I am much more than a business card or status update. I'm a marketer, researcher, manager, strategist and technology enthusiast, I am also comfortable working across multiple disciplines, juggling people, projects and deadlines. I am a big believer in the power of branding and believe that any business can have a brand that customers can empathise with - if managed correctly. We make decisions based on emotion, "gut feeling" and the brand promise (my speciality). I listen and try to understand before acting. Understanding means fewer missteps, and missteps cost a fortune.
