Joined Brake France executive committee in 2004 (foodservice distribution : €550m turnover, 1,800 employees, 40,000 customers / private equity owned : CD&R then Bain Capital from 2007).
Main focus :
- 2004-2006 : strategy reshuffle, operations reorganisation, cost-cutting programme ;
- 2007-2011 : continuous performance improvement, business development initiatives. In charge of Supply Chain management, Operations governance & Informations Systems.
