Recently graduated in business management, after a research path on Clusters, during the last months I've been working in Cluster foundations, setting up a Mapping process of the competencies toward the clustered firms, and organizing a Business Matching event. The Aim of these works is to discover, favor and exploit synergies among the firms, strengthening their competitiveness. Carrying out the results I've improved my communication skills, learning how to relate with very diverse spokesmen. My strengths are synthesis, efficacy and problem solving, which I developed along the different experiences both during my studies and following my disparate passions.
