Josh Gellers, PhD, LEED Green Associate, is an Associate Professor in the Department of Political Science and Public Administration at the University of North Florida, an Honorary Fellow at the Southasia Institute of Advanced Studies in Nepal, and a Research Fellow of the Earth System Governance Project. He is also a 2016-17 U.S. Fulbright Scholar to Sri Lanka. His research focuses on environmental rights and governance, especially in South Asia. He has published work in Global Environmental Politics, International Environmental Agreements, Journal of Environmental Law and Litigation, Journal of Human Rights and the Environment, Review of Policy Research, and Sustainability Science.
