Jia is a Master’s Candidate in Human Resources Management at New York University. She aspires to be an HR Data Analyst. She enjoys using analytical skills and technology to create elegant solutions to HR problems. Her goal is to implement effective HR information systems for a company and to analyze data in real time to deliver insights that can enhance business performance. Jia discovered her passion for business analytics and problem solving as a Financial Reporting Analyst at the Bank of China.
