Rosendo has on-site MEPF on-the-job training in a high-rise residential building and hands-on experience in quantity take off for fire protection system of a commercial building. He is proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office software and speaks and understands basic Nihongo language. He was an active student having headed and organized annual chapter delegation to ASHRAE regional conferences and also participated in other school organizational activities.
