Jodi, SPHR, is the Senior Recruiter at Children’s Mercy Hospital. She has worked at CMH for 12 years and recruited for everything from Nurses to Research to clerical. Currently, she specializes in Critical Care Nurse recruiting. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management and is currently working on her Master’s in Liberal Arts. Jodi obtained her Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR) in 2008. She is the president of the Kansas City Area Health Care Recruiters Association.
