I have over 15 years of experience and education in the field of adult and distance education with an emphasis on eLearning, Training, and Development. This has given me the opportunity to be involved in both the technological and pedagogical sides of education as a learner, instructor, and developer. Realizing that all students learn differently, my main focus has been on diversity when developing programs.
