Hi, I love to help people to grow, mature, get new vision by consulting, coaching and mentoring. Rev. Dr. J.N. Manokaran is a civil engineer by profession. God called him to be a missional leader that he with his family served in Haryana as cross cultural missionaries for eleven years. Since 1997 they returned back to Tamil Nadu to help missionaries and pastors to build their capacities by teaching, training and writing. He has completed his B.D. , M.Th. and Ph.D. Presently, he serves as Managing Director of Trainers of Pastors International Coalition (TOPIC) – India and provides consultancy services to several organizations, mentor several leaders and contributes to several magazine
