João Cerejeira is Assistant Professor at the Department of Economics, Economics and Management School at the University of Minho and researcher at NIPE - Economic Policies Research Unit. With an undergraduate degree in Economics, he holds a PhD in Economics at the European University Institute (Florence, Italy), under the supervision of Andrea Ichino. During his PhD he studied the relevance of human capital externalities on wages, the effects of minimum wages on the job skill composition and the effect of firm size on wages.
