My work style is like this: Tell me what it needs to be done, and I will deliver.
I have 4 years of working experience in organizational development, 8 months as teacher, and 2 months as electronics engineer. I am strong in project and team management. I consider myself solution-oriented, a constant learner, organized and highly adaptable. Also for me efficiency is very important. My years working in Chile, Finland, Costa Rica, Poland and Hungary gave me a broad multicultural understanding.
