I am a Content Development Manager at Cisco. The presentations I post here were developed by me and are my own.
My experience is in corporate and executive communications, public relations and social media. Computerworld called my book SocialCorp one of five essential social media marketing books for 2009.
In 2011 and 2012 I was a Visiting Lecturer at the Catholic University of Portugal, where I taught an Advanced Social Media Course. I have held positions as EVP of Emerging Media for Eastwick Communications, and Senior Social Business Strategist for Intridea.
