I am maintain and and testing web based applications for a company doing Electronic Data Interchange. We provide customers in the food industry with fast, accurate ordering, online catalog presentation, and data values such as invoices and document handling. I work closely with technical support to resolve complicated software issues. I am past president of the Southern Idaho Software Quality Assurance group in Boise.
