-Provide break and fix support for Dell Storage solutions from a tape backup unit to a high complexity disk based storage .
- Responsible for assisting with problem determination and problem resolution
-Always dealing with different scenarios and environments.Interact with both technical and non-technical personnel . This also include knowledge about our Dell products and solutions like Servers (Dell PowerEdge), Switching and interoperability with our products and also our SAN and backups products.
