I have been involved with marketing for a long time. I love teaching, writing, consulting, and communicating with people. I have co-authored two textbooks that have been used around the world. I also love volunteering at United Cerebral Palsy.
I am extremely passionate about marketing and the revolution caused by social media. No longer are communications about companies and their brands uni-directional (from them to us). Today, through social media, the general public and those writing online about specific companies or brands have a tremendous impact upon what we think about those companies and brands. “Viral” is now as important a concept as “advertising.”
