John is an experienced public financial management (PFM) practitioner who has undertaken a wide range of donor funded PFM evaluation, reform and institutional strengthening projects in Africa (Ghana, Kenya, South Africa and Tunisia), the Caribbean (Barbados), the Middle East (Jordan), South Asia (Bangladesh, India and Pakistan), South-East Asia (Indonesia and the Philippines) and the South Pacific (Kiribati, Nauru, New Caledonia, Papua New Guinea, Samoa, Solomon Islands, Tonga, Tuvalu and Vanuatu).
