My career cycles between hands-on software development and engineering management as I have a passion for both. While I have been in engineering management for the last four years (and an additional eight years earlier), I have spent a minimum of 15 to 20 hours a week outside of work pursuing hands-on coding projects and studying software technologies and applying what I have learned.
