I founded Navigos Group, including VietnamWorks.com, Vietnam's #1 job website, and Navigos Search, Vietnam鈥檚 largest executive search firm in 2002. In Dec 2014 Navigos Group was fully acquired by en-japan, one of Asia's leading recruitment companies.
At the time of acquisition Navigos Group had over 300 Dream Makers (what we call employees), over 9,000 corporate customers and supported millions of jobseekers to move up in their career and achieve their dreams.
Prior to moving to Vietnam I was a Managing Director with the New York-base.
