I am an entrepreneur, an investor in web/mobile startups in SE Asia, and non-executive Director of Mekong Capital, a Vietnam-focused private equity firm. I founded Navigos Group, including VietnamWorks.com, Vietnam's #1 job website, and Navigos Search, Vietnam’s largest executive search firm in 2002. In Dec 2014 Navigos Group was fully acquired by en-japan, one of Asia's leading recruitment companies. At the time of acquisition Navigos Group had over 300 Dream Makers (what we call employees), over 9,000 corporate customers and supported millions of jobseekers to move up in their career and achieve their dreams. Prior to moving to Vietnam I was a Managing Director with the New York-base.
