2. Make sure that other people in the same situation hear about the story through social media channels, blogs, video and can follow the recipe for success.
3. Test and analyze to make sure the content is connecting with individuals through metrics such as views, open rates, conversion rates, and likes.
4. Map the analysis to customer retention rates and sales figures.
