Life is like an onion, you peel off one layer at a time. I like onions, everyone should eat more.
I am currently the Human Resources Manager for Ultra Electronics, AMI, a subsidiary of Ultra Electronics, in Ann Arbor, MI. We develop and manufacture portable fuel cell systems powered by propane. I handle everything from recruiting, training, employee relations, benefits administration, and policy/procedure development. It is a small company (70+ people) and the work and environment is great!
I received my Professional in Human Resources (PHR) certification in 2011.
I have a B.A. in Business Administration, with concentrations in accounting and marketing, from The College of Idaho
