25 years in various roles in Hospitality Business, most of which at Commercial, Sales & Marketing. Five years as Hotel Manager in chains and independant units. In 2007 co-founded Modo Distinto, a services company, providing Advisory and Consultancy in Hospitality and Tourism, operating under different concept models of outsourcing solutions. Trainer for Turismo de Portugal (School of Hospitality & Tourism of Lisbon) and the Centre for Advanced Training of the Association of Portuguese Hotel Managers / INESP Overcoming obstacles and challenges, continuous improvement and achievement of objectives are my key factors of motivation
