I once founded my own startup, based on new, highly innovative technology. Shortly after selling it, I was invited to lead a research lab. Most of my career was in some form of management / leadership position.
In order to mentor a team and lead them to success, I necessarily have to have a broad, solid technical profile, as a Full-Stack Web Developer with additional DevOps skills:
