I am a British Taekwondo athlete who fights at the highest level possible to professional Tae Kwon Do athletes. I am the current -100kg European Champion and ranked as World Number 1 in the -100 kg men's category. In December I confirmed a switch in allegiance to the Northern Ireland squad. I am member of the tae kwon do national Northern Irish squad and compete at global championships around the world. I have won gold at regional championships in north Wales and Northern Ireland and secured gold at the Irish, English, Welsh and British National competitions.
