Now I'm Traffic Research Manager but my longest experience was in Educational Assessment and Research. I used to be a member of the OECD-PISA Governing Board and National Research Coordinator of IEA-TIMSS. Both are the biggest International Assessments in Education of the world. My last position in Education was Director of the Basque Institute for Research and Evaluation.
Nevertheless, I've had a quite long experience in Language Teaching and School-psychology too.
